Arrange your buildings and contents
From this point forward your personal mortgage advisor is there to assist with the process by liaising with you, your mortgage lender, your estate agent and even your solicitor.

There may be a fee for mortgage advice. The precise amount will depend upon your circumstances and will be agreed with you before proceeding, but we estimate it will be a maximum of £995 payable at application for unregulated purchases & remortgages.
